Enabling 6to4 in Windows

This one's easy. If you want to experiment with ipv6 in Windows, just do the following.
Fire up the command prompt and write

netsh int ipv6 6to4 set relay enabled 1440

This will automagically enable ipv6 connectivity using 6to4 tunneling (the ip address in that anycasts to your nearest 6to4 router). I've tested this is Vista though this is supposed to work in XP SP2 also.

Then you can test your new ipv6 connectivity by going to if that doesn't work try http://[2001:4860:0:2001::68]/ which should be the same.

If you use XP it's likely that you need to do

    netsh interface ipv6 install

before issuing the command above.

Note that this doesn't work if your ISP or anybody who peers directly with them advertises the magical anycast address.
